KN Palace - Venuestay

KN Palace - Venuestay is a villa in Thao Dien, 7.4 km from the centre of Ho Chi Minh City, with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a private pool in its garden. Suited to a family or a group of friends, the 600 m² villa sleeps up to 14 guests, and the group has the whole property to itself.

Each of the six bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, and the air-conditioned villa comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and soundproofed walls. The fully equipped kitchen has kitchenware, a dining table and cleaning products, and the seating and dining areas give the group room to gather together.

The neighbourhood has a good number of cafés and restaurants within walking distance: Vins Pinoy Cafe is 300 m away, The Fan Club 500 m and Quán Kitchen Seoul 900 m, so you can eat out without a long walk. Vista Kids Playground, 450 m from the villa, is a convenient play area for younger guests.

Both the airport and the main railway station are a car journey away: Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 8.6 km from the villa and Saigon Railway Station 9 km. The Rach Chiec train station is much closer, 50 m from the property, and the Đò Bình Quới ferry terminal lies 3 km away, for river trips by boat.

For a day out, the Công Viên Thảo Điền park is 1.6 km away and Chợ Phước Bình market 2.1 km, where the stalls sell fresh food and everyday supplies that suit a group using the villa kitchen. Further afield, the Zoo and Botanical Garden Ho Chi Minh is 5.8 km away, a good family outing, and the War Remnants Museum, which documents the Vietnam War, is 7.6 km away.
